Investor Information – Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

In accordance with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-3/P/CIR/2023/195 (Updated as on December 28, 2023), investors may avail the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market. Awareness for Short Selling Reporting Process

Further to SEBI circular ref. SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-POD-3/P/CIR/2024/1 dated 05-Jan-2024 on the subject of "Framework for Short Selling".
