Investor Information – Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

In accordance with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-3/P/CIR/2023/195 (Updated as on December 28, 2023), investors may avail the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market. Investors are requested to refer to the Master Circular provided below for details of the ODR framework and process.

Awareness for Short Selling Reporting Process

Further to SEBI circular ref. SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-POD-3/P/CIR/2024/1 dated 05-Jan-2024 on the subject of "Framework for Short Selling". Under the same, all brokers (including Mehta Equities Ltd) are mandated to collect the details on scrip-wise short sell positions, collect the data and upload it to the stock exchanges before the commencement of trading on the following trading day.
